5 Ways to Build Confidence as an Immigrant

The Menprovement Podcast: Episode 123

This is episode 123 of The MenProvement Podcast.  In this episode of The Menprovement Podcast I talk to Mike Macapinlac.
Here is more about Mike in his own words:
I’m here because I am passionate about helping smart, successful, shy guys become socially confident so that they can create the lifestyle they deserve.
I know what it is like to feel insecure, suffer from social anxiety and spend a lot of time in isolation.
That’s why I am here to help.
Before we continue, let me tell you a quick story about where I came from.
My family and I immigrated to Canada from the Philippines back in 2003. I was 17 years old.
The first few years in a new country was a tough transition for me due to a number of reasons: I didn’t speak English, I was massively overweight, and I was painfully shy.
