The Menprovement Podcast: Episode 120
This is episode 120 of The MenProvement Podcast. In this episode of The Menprovement Podcast I interview Bryan Falchuk, an author of Do a Day #1 Amazon Best Seller.
Do a Day” by Bryan Falchuk, reached #1 on Amazon.com’s Best Seller List in three categories on March 30, 2017.
In the book Do a Day, author Bryan Falchuk teaches how he used the philosophy he developed to achieve so many different things in his life, and how the reader can apply it to all the challenges and goals in their own life.
In response to the book hitting #1, Falchuk stated, “It’s fantastic to see the response to my message. My hope with this book is to help as many people change their lives as possible, so such a big launch tells me it’s working.”
Falchuk added, “I’ve used the Do a Day approach to overcome challenges in my life, and to help people I coach and mentor improve their own. With the success of the book, it’s exciting to know that so many people I would never have had the chance to help directly can benefit, too.”
Falchuk’s Do a Day philosophy empowers readers to take on any challenge and succeed, including: health struggles, improving physical fitness or taking on major physical challenges (like running a marathon), eating a healthier diet, relationship problems (including breakups and divorce), being a parent (whether new or as your child reaches different life stages), school and work challenges, death of friends, family and other loved ones or major life changes like moving, losing a job or starting a new one.
Falchuk teaches the philosophy through sharing his own story. He then helps readers build the foundation they need to apply it to their own situation before giving some concrete ways to apply it to the most common things people have come to him for help with over the years. The book is more than a self-help guide, but rather a tool to help people transform their situation in a way that endures.
