This is episode 108 of The MenProvement Podcast.  In this episode of The Menprovement Podcast I interview Tom Foxely, from Alphamovement.

Alphamovement is a resource for helping men to transform their lives by transforming their bodies. As bold a claim as this sounds; Tom simply and eloquently says if a person does not take care of their physical health… this will undoubtedly show up in other areas of their life. Ignoring the problem of poor physical and nutritional health doesn’t mean that it will just go away. He goes on to say that the effects of poor health and nutrition will often manifest emotionally. Many people think that therapy or reading sad poetry is the best thing for comforting their emotional dissatisfactions*. In reality, they would probably benefit more from just cleaning up their diet and getting some exercise.

The first sign of your body frame is your shoulders. I highly recommend you start to develop broad shoulders before you work on your back and chest. Once you have a frame you can go to work on all the muscle groups. […]
