I just came across this video. It is from 2011 when this man was 110. He is now 113.

To sum it up.

I laugh when people tell me things like everything in moderation, or when I hear stories of Cancer patient’s doctors telling them nutritionally there is not much you can do to prevent a relapse.

You make a choice everytime you put something in your mouth to ingest. It is the easiest way to improve your life.

Small, continuous good choices add up over time. Very slowly but very surely.

Put down the krispy creams and take control of your health.
