What’s going on guys today I want to talk to you guys about habits.
As you know habits are essential because they are a results of what we are right now.
If we form good habits they can help you become a person that you want to be.
If you formed tonnes of bad habits then… well you know what happens then.
So today I want to talk to you about two of the main habits that are crucial.
If you form them then your life will immediately change.

Habit #1 Cold Showers

Cold showers are freaking life-changing.
On my first day when I decided to take a cold shower, I remember asking myself:
“Why am I even doing this why am I putting my body through all this pain and all this discomfort”?
Then after I did it that’s when I was like “oh okay that’s why”!
Because cold showers, they give you an amazing amount of energy.
What you need to get shit done in your day, not to mention they have a ton of other health benefits.
  • a boost in testosterone
  • healthy skin
  • healthy hair
  • increase in blood circulation
So yeah, cold showers are pretty awesome, so I recommend you trying them today if you haven’t already.

Habit #2 NoFap

I don’t know if you heard about it by now, but NoFap is a huge thing now.
I love how it’s blowing up and how everyone is finding about it. If you don’t know about it yet, you can find more in

In simple terms NoFap is a time where you abstain for 90 days from watching any porn, and jerking off.
Why would you not do that?
Let me give you an answer you might not heard of before.
As men our natural instinct is to reproduce.
Now when we take that energy and bust it away on a screen, you’re losing your ability to create.
You’re also losing your motivation to produce anything!
Your brain can’t tell the difference between what is real an what is
In other words, by jerking off to porn you are tricking your brain into thinking that you’re crushing it.
Your brain is thinking that you’re accomplishing your mission as a man (which is to reproduce).
That results in you losing motivation, drive, energy and becoming a freaking loser.
Not to criticize anyone who is jerking off to porn.
I’m not saying that you can’t be successful if you do fap to porn. but if you get off from it, often the benefits are incredible.
I’ve got 90 days without fapping and watching porn and this was the best 90 days of my life.
I experienced boost in my energy, confidence, as well as more attraction from women.

Good news is that you don’t have to wait months to feel them. You are going to feel them right away, usually around the day 7, I promise you.
As soon as you get off porn you will get a flow of energy coming from within you.
It’s going to help you kick ass in life.

That is a deadly combination not like you’re going to feel like nothing can stop you you in for real.
The feeling of being invincible is the best way to describe what it.

Habit #3 Meditation

We live in an incredibly busy world. The pace of life is always frantic. Our minds always busy and we’re always doing something. With that in mind I’d like to take a moment to think back to when was the last time you took any time to do nothing for 10 minutes? And when I say nothing, I mean no internet, no TV, no chatting. Not even sitting and reminiscing about the past or planning for the future.
Simply. Doing. Nothing.
Our minds are most valuable and precious resource through which we experience every single moment of our life. We rely upon the mind to be happy, content, emotionally stable as individuals and at the same time to be kind and thoughtful and considerate in our relationships with others. This is the same mind that we depend upon to focus, be creative.
 One that allows us to be spontaneous and to perform at our very best in everything that we do. And yet we don’t take any time out to look after it. We spend more time looking after our clothes, cars, mobile phones. The result, of course, is that we get stressed.
You know, the mind becomes like this washing machine going round and round. There is a lot of difficult confusing emotions and we don’t know how to deal with that. In fact, we are often so distracted that we no longer live in the present moment. We miss out on the things that are the most important to us. The crazy thing is that everybody assumes that’s the way it supposed to be. Here and now became very much an underrated thing, as we are constantly focused on getting to the future.
There was a research paper that came out of Harvard. It says that we lost in our minds 47% of the time on average. Paradoxically, the constant mind wondering is the direct cause of unhappiness. This means that we spend almost half of our lives being quite unhappy, which is quite tragic. Fortunately, there is something we can do about it.
This technique allows our mind to be more healthy, more mindful, and less distracted. It is… yes you guessed it, meditation. It is all about stepping back. Instead of doing you just allow yourself to be as you are.
